Refund policy

All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged in shipping, or if we send the wrong item or a defective item, email info@hugsfromheaven.com within 15 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace the item, or refund the item's purchase price if a replacement is unavailable. We may ask you to return the item; if so, we cover return shipping. If tracking shows your package was delivered but you can't find it, please check with the carrier and your neighbors first, then email us and we'll help.
